Eating Recovery Center of Ohio offers specialized eating disorder treatment for female and male adults, adolescents and families struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, eating disorder not otherwise specified (EDNOS), compulsive overeating, and related illnesses. Located in Cincinnati, the treatment center offers comprehensive outpatient treatment options allowing patients and families to access intensive treatment while engaging with their lives following the structured treatment day. Emily primarily works with adults and adolescents struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, and self-esteem issues. She also works with a variety of clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. As a therapist, her role is to create a relaxing and safe environment in which her clients feel comfortable discussing and processing their thoughts and emotions.

Emily’s goal is to assist her clients in changing negative and uncomfortable beliefs about their body image and self-esteem. Counseling may also include nutrition education, normalizing eating patterns, developing healthy ways to cope with stress, and working towards improving each client’s overall mood.
