Emotional eating. It’s a rising epidemic. Maria tries to hide how much it hurts when people tell her she needs to lose weight. Kim is caught in a cycle of binging and purging and cannot break out of it. Anna is determined to stay thin at any cost, but her frail body grows weaker every day. Jasmine refuses to miss a workout despite reoccurring injuries. Katrina looks in the mirror and sees “repulsive,” “fat,” and “stupid,” even though her friends tell her she’s one of the most intelligent and beautiful women they know. If I’m so beautiful, why can’t I see it?

Perhaps you see yourself in one or all of these women. It’s not surprising. Millions of women find themselves stuck in a cycle of negative thinking and destructive behaviors when it comes to food and body-image. It’s time to break free!
